Welcome to my first ever blog. 

My first ever blog, and not to mention my first ever blog post. Who knew that my first my blog would be about health and fitness. I always imagined my first one as a fashion blog about my daily outfits or how to get the same look for less. and here I am taking about a blog like its losing your virginity. I guess it is in a way. SO HERE YOU GO WORLD! IVE LOST MY VIRGINITY! I always wanted to scream that out loud. Now to the good stuff. Why I actually decided to write this blog... at about 5am this morning I found my self tossing and turning unable to sleep, so I woke up and did the normal thing people do when they can't sleep... creep Facebook. and Instagram. unfortunatley there is only so much going on at 5am. So i decided to browse thru my pintrest, and one thing led to another. I ended up on this website that was titled, "50 ways to lose 10 pounds." and of course my curiousity got the best of me and I HAD to see what those 50 ways were. and you guessed it. #15 START YOUR OWN BLOG. 
I have always been interested in health and fitness and at one point in my life I wanted to be a nutritionist. I never really explored the world of health and fitness but here I am today! Not only will this blog help me in my weight loss journey but it was also help me (and you.. if anyone is actually reading this) learn more about the world of nutrition and losing weight.
